About Net Sport Hire
Less kit.
More playing.
Net Sport Hire publishes beginner-friendly equipment guides and checklists for people picking up a new sport, or returning to one after a long break.

Why we started
Starting a sport should be the easy part. Too often it begins with a confusing shopping list, a shelf of near-identical products and advice written for people who have played for years. We wanted a calm, practical place to answer the questions beginners actually ask: what do I need on day one, what size should I get, can I borrow this, and what can wait?
How we write
- Brand-neutral. We describe features and fit, not specific products.
- No invented numbers. Budget tiers are described in plain terms rather than quoted prices that change by shop and season.
- Safety first. Where rules or manufacturers set requirements, we point you to them.
- Printable and practical. Every starter kit is designed to be printed and ticked off.
What we are not
We are not coaches, medical professionals or a replacement for advice from your club, league or a qualified fitter. Our guides are general information to help you ask better questions and make calmer choices.
